It is a great way for adolescents to aquire practical and social skills as they get to communicate with the people who are also doing volunteer work as well which will improve on their social skills and they get to do some hands-on stuff which will improve on their practical skills. I feel that by volunteering, teenagers can learn new skills and values which they can use it in the future. For example, teenagers can volunteer to help the elderly in the old folks home.
