In front of this crisis people should take part of mandatory programs and consume products wich aren't made by plastic since they could reduce the gravitiy of the situation. Firstly, it's important to enforce mandatory programs to clean beaches and water areas, as rivers, that could carry the plastic trash to the ocean. I think volunteering is not enough to this problem because many people think pollution doesn't affect their lives. In contrast, mandatory programs in high schools and universities could be excellent to make big changes in short time. Also, people would receive certificates that improve their CVs. Second, we need to highlight another products that aren't made of plastic. Many people think artisan products are too expensive, but it isn't true. Actually, I've tried to reduce my dependancy on plastic by consuming products made by another materials, as wood, ceramic and glass. With this robust products, I don't need to buy plastic plates o cups, or even plastic bags since I use tote bags. If people took awareness about this, the situation would change drastically. In conclusion, mandatory programs and another options of products could be the best to change this terrible crisis.

The world needs to be protected and we have to take action. There are a couple of activities we can do in order to fight agains polution and contamination. The first one is to walk more instead of taking the bus or driving so that we are reducing polution and increasing our physical activities at the same time. The second action aims to reduce the use of plastic by carrying our own bags or using glass containers at home. In mi opinion, these actions are quick simple to follow and can make an enormous contribution in order to preserve our enviroment.

Plastic waste in the oceans is a serious global crisis, and individuals can take some important steps to help solving this problem. The first one is to reduce the use of plastics like bags, bottles, and straws, switching them to reusable items like canvas bags. Another solution is recycling carefully and supporting clean-up projects in our cities that remove trash from beaches and streets. People can also choose products made from sustainable materials, and with this, lower the demand for plastic. For example, I have tried to reduce my dependency on plastic by carrying a reusable water bottle and a shopping canvas bag. These small actions show how individuals can make a big difference in protecting marine life and keeping our oceans healthy. If more people follow these steps, the oceans could become cleaner and safer for animals. Working together as communities can also inspire others to join, and little by little, we can create a healthier planet for everyone.

A global plastic waste crisis is threatening the world’s oceans, and this problem can affect everyone. First, individuals should reduce the use of single-use plastics, such as plastic bags, bottles, and straws, by choosing reusable alternatives. In addition, recycling properly is important because it helps keep plastic out of the ocean and reduces pollution. Also, people can make better choices when shopping by buying products with less plastic packaging. For example, using a refillable water bottle instead of buying bottled water every day helps reduce plastic waste. Personally, I have tried to reduce my dependence on plastic by bringing my own bag when I go shopping and by reusing containers at home. Finally, although these actions may seem small, they can create a positive impact when many people work together to protect the oceans and the environment.

Taking small but consistent steps is the best way for individuals to tackle the global plastic crisis. For instance, we should avoid the consumption of plastic bags by using cloth or paper alternatives when we buy food. Personally, I have been trying to reduce my dependency on plastic by using my own reusable bags at the supermarket to prevent more debris from entering our oceans. Also, I always recycle plastic bottles so they don't accumulate in landfills and become toxic for the environment. Supporting a ban on single use items is another viable path to stop this pervasive problem. Furthermore, others can contribute by participating in local beach cleanups and educating their families about the importance of reducing waste. Eventually, if we all change our habits, we can protect our planet from the plastic waste crisis.

The global plastic waste crisis has reached a critical point, threatening the health of our oceans and requiring immediate individual action to mitigate its effects. To tackle this problem, individuals should prioritize reducing their daily dependency on single-use plastics by switching to sustainable alternatives like glass, metal, or cloth. For example, simple steps such as using reusable shopping bags and carrying a refillable water bottle significantly decrease the amount of debris that ends up in marine ecosystems. Furthermore, consumers can exert pressure on industries by choosing products with minimal or biodegradable packaging, effectively voting with their wallets for a cleaner planet. While the scale of the crisis is immense, these collective personal efforts create a ripple effect that promotes a culture of environmental responsibility. Ultimately, by consistently choosing to reduce, reuse, and recycle, we can protect aquatic life and ensure the long-term survival of our global water systems.

People can help by reducing their use of single use plastics and choosing reusable alternatives in their daily lives. For example, using reusable bags, bottles, and containers can significantly reduce plastic waste. These actions show that small personal choices, when repeated consistently, can help protect the environment.

In my case, I try to be more conscious about the things I use and throw away. For example, I usually carry my own water bottle instead of buying plastic ones, and I try to reuse bags and containers as much as possible. I also pay more attention to separating my trash and not wasting things that can still be useful. These are small habits, but they help me feel that I am doing something positive. If more people started doing simple actions like these, we could slowly reduce the amount of plastic pollution and take better care of our planet.

Plastic pollution in the oceans has become a serious global concern, since large amounts of debris continue to damage marine ecosystems and disturb ocean life. Many marine animals mistake plastic for food; consequently, toxic substances move through the food chain and eventually reach humans. Addressing this issue requires individual responsibility, which begins with reducing the use of single-use plastics and making more careful consumer choices. Beyond personal habits, participation in environmental campaigns or clean-up initiatives contributes significantly, because public involvement supports stronger environmental policies and long-term solutions. On a personal level, I have reduced my dependency on plastic by bringing my own shopping bags when I go shopping with my mom, rather than using plastic ones from stores. As well, I avoid products with excessive plastic packaging, given that everyday purchasing decisions influence production patterns. In this way, individual effort and collective action contribute to the protection of the oceans and the reduction of plastic waste.
