So now think about around 20,000 people being saved by those people who are waiting to die. Why waist 8 organs of a person while 8 lives could be saved? 
This is the reason why the prison organ donation should be allowed. Maybe those people were terrible criminals, but it turned out that even those guilty people are willing to donate their organs so that other people can live.
