The selection of plants I would include is fern, pothos, maranta, spider plant, dracaena, tradescatia, palm, trailing ivy, and seasonal flowers.

Next to my green wall, will be an explanation of the positive impacts a green wall will have. Green walls are not meant to be just seen as “pretty”, however it is to improve air quality, reduced noise pollution, and increase biodiversity.

Maintenance

To maintain a green wall, multiple well functioning systems including irrigation, pruning, and fertilization. Pest and disease control, regular inspections, addressing seasonal changes, and repairs are secondary checkups to the functioning systems.

Aesthetic

Overall, this green wall project was challenging in figuring out how to work Padlet. After, I already had an idea of what plants and the specific location I wanted to use. Overall, this project did have a few challenges but it was not hard to navigate around.
