1. It is scientifically proven that heart rate has relation with a person's well-being.

2. if a person is emotionally not well, the heart rate would not be at the normal range.

3. If the person is feeling anxious, his heart rate will be higher.

4. If a person is emotionally stable (calm, feeling great), the heart rate will be at the normal range.

5. The person is more relaxed, more receptive to change and more approachable.

Key Assumptions: Using hear rate would let us know the emotional well being of a person and this will help to identify the person is emotionally unwell and we can offer our assistance.

1. People can get to know if one is nervous/ triggered . It will be hilarious in some cases and most importantly able to understand each other more.

2. Most voted by the community, it will surely be effective and idea will be welcome

3. Heart rate is a very personal thing. we cant read minds but at least we can read their heart rate accompanied with their facial expressions ,to see if there are any on-going emotion(eg. nervous, agitated, triggered, flustered)

4. It makes one vulnerable and transparent. Easy to read and understand them.(eg what triggers them)

5. We tend to conceal our emotions and our thoughts as we are afraid of judgement or simply because some people are not expressive.

Key assumptions : Heart rate allows us to further understand the person individually, example what excites them , what makes them triggered, what makes them nonchalant . Break down walls and also easier to let us connect/ understand someone more.

1. Everyone has a heart rate, and with the heart rate you can roughly tell how one is feeling
2. It is the correlation between mood and heart rate variability, and when one is feeling happy or sad the heart rate will be different
3. There has been different studies to show that different moods (happiness, tension, fatigue, worry, depression, anger, vigor, and confusion) have different heart rates. Which will help us to gauge the mood of the person
4. knowing the mood of the person can help to better understand, as people don’t usually share how they feel with one another especially when they’re stressed or angry
5. because it makes them feel vulnerable and weak

Key assumptions: with heart rate we will be able to tell the mood of the individual, and we will be able to connect better
