A boy named August Pullman, Was born different from others. August also known as Aggie and was born what's a facial Disorder, and was being home schooled his whole life up until 5th grade was about to start, then his parents decided to put him in a real school. He was very excited and nervous at the beginning just like any other kids are when starting at a new school. But since his face was different from others kids they would be mean and made fun of him and called him names. But he found some very good friends, their names were Jack and Summer. Even though Jack wasn't nice to him at the beginning they became really close friends. Jack and summer helped August get through his first year of 5th grade, and helped people realize that August Pullman was not that bad or gross or had “the plague”. In the end everyone liked August and did not think differently of him then any other kid.
