I am start working at 8.00 a.m. and finished at 5.00 p.m.

I am doing 'Buku Perkhidmatan Kerajaan'. There are more then 100 of 'Buku Perkhidmatan Kerajaan' that need to update.

I also make a Employee Time Card and Staff Movement Analysis when there are request from the Staffs. Every time the staff request their Employee Time Card and Staff Movement Analysis, I will print it and give them. There are also staff who asked to change their working hours in the system..I've been helped by the staff in the Administration especially Encik Ammar and Puan Yusniza

Today is the third day am doing my internship in Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah in Administration Department.

As usual, I am start working at 8.00 a.m. and finished at 5.00 p.m.

In the morning, i am bored and sleepy because there are no work for me to do. I am waiting for anybody who need their Employee Time Card and Staff Analysis Movement, but there are nobody see me in the morning.

To avoid myself from getting more sleepy, I am asking the staff beside me about her work scope. She was doing the staff leave every year. From the conversation between her, I have new knowledge about the leaves. When the staff not finished their leaves, they can bring it to the next year. If they still not using the leaves in three year, it will burn. Before it burn, the can sell the leaves.

Afternoon, one of the staff asked me to help her to count the staff leave in a year as shown below. Today is the fourth day of my internship in Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah in Administration Department.

Today was a busy day for me because I am updating the staff leaves from yesterday until 3.35 p.m.From it, I know that a woman only can have their maternity leaves (90 ays) for four times. If they take the maternity leave for the fifth time, it will count as leave without salary. There are also Emergency Leave, Radiation Leave, Time Slip, Sick Leave, and Unrecorded Leave.

After finish updating the staff leaves, I am doing
 'Borang Pemantauan Penghantaran Keluar Buku Kenyataan Perkhidmatan Bagi Pegawai yang Bertukar Keluar Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Likas.

I can't finish it before 5.00 p.m. and will continue the work tomorrow.

'Buku Perkhidmatan Kerajaan' . There are 2000++ staffs in Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah. I was updating 'Buku Perkhidmatan Kerajaan' of Doctors in Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah. From 'Kew 8' form, the information were being transfer to the book. The yellow form is 'Kew 8' form.

After lunch, one of the workers, Puan Raming teach me how to check on HRMIS. HRMIS is where the leave are manage. The leaves statement must the same data with HRMIS. If it not, the data need to remove and update it with the new data in the HRMIS System.

I remembered that I have learned the formula  of updating the  in Business Mathematics subject. Today is my 10th day of Internship in Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah in Administration Department.

I am not feeling very well today. One of the staffs asked me to go to Staffs Clinics to see the doctors. Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah provide a clinic for their staffs who are not feeling well. After seeing the doctor, I go to the pharmacy to get the medicine. There are no fee needed for staffs to get the treatment.

After that, I go back to the office. There are a lot of file need to be close and reopen it in another file. So, I am updating it to the system and start make a new file. Every file that need to be close need to update in the system. There are only 100 forms or letters can put inside the file under the stated name. One file only for one person. If its more than 100, it need to be close and open a new file for the person. When there are new workers in the Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah, The new file need to open under the persons name and also update in the system. It easy to refer or find for the file if it updated in the system.

In the afternoon, I am helping Puan Mahyun to update 'Buku Perkhidamatan Kerajaan'  of the staff nurses. In the Morning, I am doing 'Card Application in Health Department Letter'. This letter is for identity card application and will be send to Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Sabah(JKNS) for approval and JKNS will make the identity card based on the application name in the letter. Before send the letter to JKNS, Head of Department, Encik Riduan bin Abdul Rashid will sign it.

After done doing the letter, I need to register for close file. Then register to open file to volume two (2). As shown in the picture below, there are files that need to be closed. Infront of the file need to write 'DITUTUP PADA (TARIKH) SILA RUJUK PADA JILID 2'

In the afternoon, I am updating 'Buku Perkhidmatan Kerajaan' for staff nurses. One of the details need to be update in 'Buku Perkhidmatan Kerajaan' is shoes clam for staff nurses. Staff nurses can claim white shoes two pairs for each year. They can claim RM150.00 for each shoes and RM300.00 for two pairs shoes for each years.

Puan Mary Ervina Anthony brief about Asset Department and a little bit about the work in Asset Department. In Asset Department, there are only four staff.

My first day in Asset Department,
1. We are going to the store.
- Puan Mary give a shirt brief about the location of the store.
- The store is monitored by Asset Department. 
- Hospital equipment are placed in the store.
- The equipment including the one that can be used or the one that had broken and placed in the store.
- The equipment that still can be used put in the store because there are not enough space in each department. So, they decided to put it in the store for a while.
- In the store, every department have their own region. They cannot put their equipment in other department.

2. Going to check for Television (Asset) that had not been registered to Asset Department.
-All asset in the Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah need to be registered in Asset Department.

Today, i am doing SNF V3 form for equipment, bed, and child cot, refrigerator, and fire extinguisher. The form need to be print and submit to the Head of Asset Management Unit to sign before ask for Director of the Hospital Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Sabah sign.

Then, i need to find the registration number of each asset in the SPPA system based on the contract number of the asset.
SPPA: Sistem Pemantauan Pengurusan that developed for the control and monitoring of assets for all federal ministries and departments.
-Each asset have their own asset's number/contract number, and registration number.
-One number Of asset's number is for one asset.
-The same type of asset with the same supplier and price have one contract number.

As yesterday, We asked them to fill up the form to make their id card. after their finish fill up the form, we ask them to pay RM5.00 for the fee. Then, we print their id card and asked them to take it at 3 pm.
