Everything has changed since this pandemic. Although our lives are as normal as they’ve been in the past two years, nobody is ever going to be able to go back to how it was. In terms of personally, I’ve realized a lot about my friends and myself. My whole personality has changed as well as just me overall. My families been mostly the same as it was in the beginning. I lived with my mom, grandma, and pets over the pandemic. but I had to stop traveling for some time to see my dad. When I go out, it’s as normal as the pandemic never happening. I don’t have to wear masks in stores anymore. Yes, I did unfortunately. Last summer, my mother and I were supposed to take a months trip in Europe. We’ve talked about this trip for years and have been so excited for it to finally happen. We had to cancel the trip back two years, but we are finally going this year. I still cannot believe we are truly going. We are taking a week’s cruise in Greece and taking the rest of the month to explore Rome and Italy. 

There are various smaller events that I had to cancel as well. The week of May 2nd I got COVID. The same week I actually had a concert that had been scheduled for months prior. I have never seen this artist in concert, and could not have been more excited. I had an outfit planned and was just ready. I ended up looking online through social media and finding out the concert got cancelled due to weather. I guess I just got lucky that day. They have announced that it will be rescheduled though. It most likely will not be for a few more months. Either way I am very happy to have another opportunity to experience this concert. My birthday party had also been scheduled for that same Saturday. I was not going to risk exposing any of my friends so I ended up just cancelled the whole thing. Immediately after, I was upset for a bit but then realized there is so much more life to have parties for.
