The three parts were the Senate, The Magistrates, and the Assemblies. Temporary dictators were instated for six months, during difficult wars. The Twelve Tables were Rome's first written code. They could be found in the roman Forum.The Roman Republic became an empire under Augustus (Octavian) Caesar.</div>]]></description>
