I found the word 'size' very important. They talked about the size of the camp a lot and the size of the sub-camps. The camp as a whole is over 5,000 football fields. Within that 5,000 fields there were 3 sub-camps. One of the sub-camps was known as the working camp. This was one of the biggest camps during its time, its one of the most common camps to talk about since it was so big.

I believe that "flesh" is significant because this was the normal smell of Auschwitz. Elie Wiesel got out of the cattle car along with 100 others and all he smelled was burning flesh from the crematoriums. Also, this word is significant because the hostages' were burn at the stake for doing nothing wrong, only not being able to handle hard labor.

I found the word Nazi Germans important because not all Germans were bad. The Nazi's were usually the people who killed the Jews.

Suffering. The most significant word to me is suffering. 6 million people suffered because of the holocaust. They suffered just because they had different beliefs. To me, an entire family dying seems like a lot. The average family has 3 - 4 people. Now imagine that times 2 million and you have the holocaust. Countless families shoveled into trains and taken to camps to be killed or work until you died. THat is suffering.

Tattoo.
Prisoners were given a tattoo of a number when arriving at camp. Their names were taken and replaced with ink. They were deprived of their humanity. Their names were some of the first words their parents spoke to them. This was the beginning of the worst.

I think evil is one of the most important words. It kinda describes everything that happened in one word. If it weren't for the evil hatred in Hitler, the Holocaust never would have happened. all of the dead would still be alive. The Nazis were an evil people who either chose to kill or gave in to being forced to kill. When people think of the holocaust they usually think of gas, flames, fear, and evil. It's on the top four words for a reason. The dead are the innocent, and the killers are evil, as is usually the case.

I couldn't think of just one world because of how important these words are. escape and survive, was there anyone who even had the courage to escape. Survive not many but the little who did are able to speak out about there exsperinces. this is why i find those words important.

I found all the words
I chose Zyklon B. This was the chemical that was used to gas the jews. It was developed by scientists that found the most efficient way of killing and it was indeed efficient according to the Nazis. They

were placed in a big shower and locked in the Nazis said that they were about to shower instead of water coming out Zyklon B came out which killed them in about 5 minutes it was said to be a very painful death similar to suffocation _^nozzles mother and sister got gassed

I found that the word GAS CHAMBERS very important. I felt that this word was important because it is what killed a lot of people. It especially stood out because that is what killed Elie's mother and sister. When they first arrived at Auschwitz they were split up. HIs mother and sister got picked for selection. What makes me so sick is that they would just kill people for no reason. In the interview Elie said that the soldiers would peak through a hole and watch all the mothers and children die slowly. As they were dying the mothers would rap their arms around the children. The soldiers would also throw in cans of Zyklon B to make them die faster.

suffering: suffering is significant because all of the jues that were there suffered. the women suffered by going straight to the creamatorium and the men were chosen if they could do hard labor work or not. All the men that were doing hard labor either died of starvation or were killed.

I found that the word Auwschuitz was a significant word to most everyone who has either studied the holocaust or lived through it. the place that this word represents is an SS death camp and an internment camp. this was one of the biggest camps to ever be in service.

One word that i found significant was the Nazi's. The Nazi's were germans that were very mean because they killed all of the jews and they basically invaded places and took all of the people there to Auswitz.
