-Check ins too long at times
-Meetings could be reduced to an hour
-Partnership staff meet with us more often
-FETL role is much more intensive than other roles (at some schools) and school site deliverables are a lot...maybe school site can supplement stipend (i've considered giving up this role because although I love the work...it's a lot)
-I've missed meetings because of conflicting events at school 
-Maybe having more than 1 FETL at each school could be a possibility?

But, what I need support with is just hearing what type of workshops are being conducted at other schools to support families. How to increase communication with parents, especially when a big portion of our students are not passing classes?
