I was shown the entire office so that i recognized the each spaces in the office. Encik Azad, the Sales and Marketing Manager was the one who showed me the entire office. there was a huge table for doing any work for the staff. I was then asked to make a tea for the boss, Haji Iqbal. This is the second day I worked in Ajwa Travel. As soon as I entered the office, I made a teapot of tea. Then I continue doing the task given to me which is doing an itinerary. I was guide by the worker which is Encik Azan. He guided me how to change certain files from publisher to PDF and also how to make an itinerary. At the lunch hour, I was asked to buy lunch for three of us. It was all sponsored by Haji Iqbal.

As always, when I entered the office, I will straight away make a tea for the office members as well as for the boss, Haji Iqbal. I feel like this is the easiest task because I just need to put the tea and pour a hot water inside the teapot without putting the sugar. This is due to healthy purposes as Haji Iqbal has high percentage of sugar in blood. Then I continued with the task given. Haji Iqbal told me that tomorrow he will gave me new task.

The day is coming where Haji Iqbal said that new task will be given to me. So here we go. So I was given a paper bag full of name card. Haji Iqbal said that was his friend’s name card. He told me about Email Marketing which a post will be distributed to all email address we want. So I made a database and it took me a day and half to settle all the database.

Once I entered the office in the morning, I straight away fill in the database so that once it finished, I can spread the marketing post about few trips. For examples, at that moment, Ajwa Travel was about to market about Cruise Ship Trip. So until 5:30 I was doing key in all the database so that next day, I can distribute all the marketing email to all the database I key in just now.

Today is the day where stocks arrived. Ajwa Travel itself is a service- business. Stocks arrived were the free gifts that will be given to the customers such as luggage bag and many more. So I helped to rearrange the stocks and make sure it was located in the where-it-supposed to put at.

Due to the task given which email marketing that Haji Iqbal asked few days before, so I started doing it today because yesterday I couldn’t make it because yesterday was so busy handling stocks arrived. Task given which I need to send two emails separately to all the databases I have key in yesterday. It was 1500 email address I have to send the attachment to.

Right after I entered the office, I straight away doing the tea for the office. Then I continue with  the email marketing. All I think is to make sure I finished the task before I left this office on the last day SIEP. I only took a rest when I was in pray and when lunch hour.

Today is the last day SIEP and I have to settle down the task give. At the end of this day before I went back home, Haji Iqbal and Puan Norhayati make a special menu for lunch which is Nasi Arab for me. I was so honored because both of them treat me like their own daughter. I was so thankful.
