Where will I stand? You will be standing at the front of the room in front of a projector screen showing your slides.

What will be in the room: There will be a laptop for you to read your presentation off.

How will people hear me? There will be a microphone in front of you next to your laptop that will help people hear you.

What should I bring? We will have your presentation with us. However we suggest you bring a back up copy just in case (a USB stick is a good choice). It is also a good idea to bring speaking notes printed out.

Who do I get help from? On the morning of your presentation day Christie will be available to meet you and show you around the venue and the room you will be speaking in. Please meet Christie in the main event room 'Magnifique Ballroom' between 8am and 830am. Contact details with a photo are provided in this padlet under the Contact section.

We will be live streaming up until morning tea on day one. The remainder of the event will be filmed and uploaded for viewing in the weeks following the event.

How many people will I be presenting to?

We will be holding sessions in three different rooms. The maximum audience for each room will be 90 people in two of our rooms and 150 in our large room.

We are holding 2 concurrent sessions on day 1 that will hold 12 presentations in each session. Day 2 will have one concurrent session with 12 presentations.

Airport Train: You can take a train from Sydney Airport to Central Station every 10 minutes. You will need an opal card to catch this train.
Light Rail: From Central Station, switch to the light rail L1 line and get off at Convention Centre Station (100 meters from the hotel). You can use your ordinary bank card.
