At 18:00 we eat dinner, and also there is a tradition in which we eat sausage mix with a lot of curry ketchup.

Lastly, at midnight, we set off fireworks. It is law for every household to have at least 50 kg fireworks this day.

celebrating this day to remember the time we lost our Royal Family and could celebrate finally becoming a real republic. Before, when the royals were a thing, the Queen had to sign every new law before it was legit. Today is a day we celebrate that everything is decided by the people and the Parliament.
