1. In a dialogue, two people have to talk and exchange feelings and points of view. Many times, we are overwhelmed with emotions and we begin to say everything we have inside without taking into account that we have another person affected by the same issue in front of us. Therefore, it is not about emptying yourself but simply about expressing yourself and also listening and understanding the other point of view.

2.

To resolve a conflict through dialogue, it is important to use the quieter part of the conversation and leave out the emotional part. We must not get carried away by anger, sadness, crying. rather, we have to be decisive and put a solution to the problem. Managing and controlling emotions is essential so that the conversation does not turn into an argument and reproaches begin to surface.

3.

If we talk and solve our problems, we avoid yelling, crying and very unpleasant situations. Through dialogue we can avoid making the problem bigger and solve it taking into account the feelings of the other. An ideal way to build healthier relationships.
