NOT REQUESTED COMMUNICATIONS
-Definition:
Not requested commuincations are written or oral relations sent electronically by Internet that usually, are directed because they want to offer a product, identy impersonation, publicity, or to implant a virus on the receptor´s appliance. They are not allowed or unsolicited by one person, called the receptor. The most comun way to transfer that communication is the e-mail.

-Difference between abuse and illegality:
When we are talking about abuse we are saying that it is a exercise of a right in the opposite direction to its own purpose and to the detriment of others and when we talk about illegality it means that is a fact that it is against the law of the article 10 of the Organic Law on the Data Protection (LOPD)

-How to avoid it:
The only effect (and legal) way to send emails in bulk is to do it only to those users who have previously provided permission. But we must be careful because even with the authorization of users to receive information about our services, we can fall into a Data Protection infraction and be sanctioned. This rules are for email:
1.-Plan the hours when you will open the mail program and try to be as less as possible there.
2.-Create as many folders and labels as you need, but the less the better.
3.-Do not use the email as a ware house, it isn´t the right place to do it, the messages can expire.
4.-Clean the trash often, without checking it and without looking back
5.-Create rules or filters to prevent the inbox from filling up with unanswered messages, try to make the inbox occupied only by response messages.

-What to do if it has already happened:
If it has already happened to you, you should keep calm and go to the lawyer, make a new password, say it to your parents if you are a child, install an anti-virus in your appliance and try to not have again that communication.

-What adults should warn:
The adults should mainly warn the rare conversations with an other person that is trying to talk with them and to open their email once a day to be not persuated by the not requested communications

Stranger danger: predators, gaming. (1)
What is it????

Stranger danger is the idea or warning that all strangers can potentially be dangerous to children and adults. The phrase stranger danger is intended to sum up the danger associated with adults whom adults or children do not know.

 How to avoid it???

Don't talk to strangers
Don't accept gift from strangers
Don't accept candy or sweets from strangers
Don't talk to strangers when they ask for directions, ask you to pet their dog or tell you a parent is injured or in an accident
If ever unconfortarble by a stranger, tell a parent or an adult whom you trust
Don't get into a car with strangers or enter a stranger's house
If you are attacked by a stranger near your school, immediately return to your school and tell a school member, like a teacher.
If strangers attempt to contact you using text messages on cellular phones, tell the police, a parent, or an adult that you can trust.

What to do if it has already happened???

Tell the police and the kid´s parents, they will try to solve the problem, but in this cases, unlikeley, it´s very hard to find the kid.

Who should you warn to??

Tell the police, a parent, or an adult that you can trust.

DENVER -- Even if your kids seem to understand the risks of talking to strangers, when they're in that situation, with a 'nice stranger' asking them for help, they sometimes forget everything mom and dad have told them. FOX's Heidi Hemmat partnered with parents for an important safety lesson.

They can clarify your doubts and know what to do if by accident you have seen some inappropriate content.

The difference beween the abuse and the illegality:Illegality is any type of action that does not respect the law and that is a crime.

WHAT IS IT? The cyberbulling or also called (virtual harrassment), is the use of digital media to harass a person or group of people, through personal attacks, disclosure of confidential or false information, among other means.
The Stalker: the generic profile of the harasser is that of a cold person, with little or no respect for others. A stalker is a predator who can wait patiently connected to the network, participate in chat or forums until he establishes contact with someone who seems likely to bother him, usually women or children; and that he enjoys chasing a certain person, whether he has a direct relationship with her or a complete stranger.
WitnessThe recipients of the slanders do not realize that they are suffering a manipulation and an invasion of their privacy, therefore, they always ignore them or do not think that something of great magnitude happens after those "warnings".
One of the reasons why the witnesses adhere to the harasser some of the partners is because they want to have no problems. They think something will have been done by the victim. In any case, they see the victim as someone they do not want to be with.
VICTIM: The victim feels bad and can even comite suicide.
How to avoid it:

Never post personal information

Always check the TO: field

Don't be gullible

Don't respond to an angry message with anger

Never open messages from strangers

Don't forward chain mails, hoaxes or long emails

Use the BCC: field when forwarding messages

Proofread your messages

Beware of certain topics

Don't post anything that is very private
