I strongly relate to Super's Life-Span Theory because it recognizes how our career choices evolve as we grow. As a college student who's changed majors twice, I've experienced firsthand how self-concept and career preferences develop through different life stages.

I really enjoy Trait and Factory. I feel the most connected to it because I used it in my own life to help me find what I worked best with and where I fit in life. I feel very satisfied in my career choice.

I love Krumboltz's theory. I was very rigid in my thinking which caused much unneeded stress in my life. Had I approached life from a perspective of being open to new things, seeing my career as something that is meant to evolve, I would've been spared much consternation. This theory is what I live by now!

I relate to hollands theory because I believe that we should all have careers which we enjoy in environments that help us grow.

I feel that I relate to Super's theory. I really enjoyed reading about how our career development changes over our lifespan. I think when we are younger we don't really know what we want to do but with this theory we can explore the different stages such as growth, exploration, establisment, maintenance and decline. I think these are all important aspects in deciding what our overall career path will lead us.

I really like Holland's Theory of Types. I love the emphasis on how people's natural strengths and personalities connect with the kind of work they enjoy and the environments they thrive in.

I definitely like Hollands theory the most when applied to my own life. I have changed career paths a few different times, but always found myself falling into the same category (and a half) each time. I was also always motivated by staying true to myself and careers I knew were suited to me. I also think that without understanding ourselves and our strengths, there will always be a lack of satisfaction if we choose a career that is too different from us. We should play into our strengths, not suppress them!

I like Hollands theory of vocational personalities because of how it caters towards high school students. I currently work with high school students in foster care and feel that by applying this theory in services, it could be very beneficial for them in the long run. It might even encourage them to utilize the free college tuition they are usually granted

I personally enjoy Social Cognitive Career Theory. I appreciate that it takes into account self-efficacy, and enviromental factors. I feel like it really helps understand career choices and address diversity concerns.

I really like the trait and factor theories as well. I really like the idea of careers that match our individual differences. I feel like our skills and interests, and other personal factors, should be strongly considered in career decision-making.

I resonate with Social Cognitive Career Theory. I believe there is more to career decisions than just interests. My experiences and culture have influenced my career decision. I think SCCT combined with Holland's theory, could be useful to get the contextual information with personal interests and their strengths.

Personally I related to Holland’s theory the most but overall I think that I like supers life span theory better because I can see it being useful for a lot of people.
