In a typical school that still enforces a dress code, there are rarely any strict rules in regards to clothing. Even within the strict rules among women, I've experience two women wearing the same exact shorts and only one was dress coded due because their bodies were different. So not only bias between two genders but between two women and the way their bodies look.
