A day set apart to cleaning your city or town. Enforcing will be up to the independent countries. People of the community working together. I understand we cannot discipline anyone for not picking up trash but a consequence could be having to pay higher taxes or giving a certain amount of money a month because they are having someone else do their job. The point is to keep our living space, city, wherever you you live may be, we need to work together. Cleaning and fixing everything on earth is great but you can always do more. The community can all come together and plant trees.
