         <description><![CDATA[<div>The assessment instrument says "All, or nearly all, of the points are well-supported by appropriate evidence", but I didn't see anything in either sample that I would classify as appropriate evidence (ie no secondary sources, no data, no citations).&nbsp; What is the expectation for appropriate evidence for this assessment?</div>]]></description>
