Can really relate to the hustle and bustle of Nandini's life, since I was basically living it before the whole work from home culture - and in Subang too! It struck a chord with me and made me want to learn more. 10/10 experience!

I have certainly learnt a lot about diabetes and feel extremely concerned that many of my peers around my working group are living similar lifestyles like Nandini. I was always under the assumption that elderly people get diabetes, but now I understand why adults my age are at risk!

The best part of the entire page is the story of Nandini. This inside-perspective is much needed in enabling us to become encouraging instead of critical of others' lifestyles. A great eye-opener in terms of the importance of community health!

im gonna savour every single cookie i eat from now because its obvious i dont eat well enough for my body because of how busy i am at work! :(
But this was really insightful because it helped me realise that some small changes like bringing ur own (healthy) food to work and working out for 10 mins rather than nothing makes a difference! Love this! Super interactive.

Love the whole site and the story. Great job! The quiz was quite an eye opening to how little we know about diabetes.

The site was super informational and also very interactive! Diabetes is a largely under-discussed topic as compared to other topics such as breast cancer, etc. So I believe Sweet Spot is a fantastic initiative as diabetes is often co-morbid with many other diseases. Fight one to fight all!
