Stage 1: Will consist of strictly building a space of confidentiality among the students and the counselor. A safe space will be built where one can trust their peers and counselor in order to be able to establish and work on their self-esteem.
Stage 2 : Games and activities will include finding something positive to say about another person and making that person smile and become friends. In other words, being kind to one another to form life-long relationships. 
Stage 3: Will help develop life-long relationships and friendships. Forming friendships and knowing about one another is key to help others build a positive self-esteem.
