The lessons before the final one really helped us to understand the concept of coding, and it definitely benefited us while making the final design. We designed a very long piece of code with circles and floral snowflakes. The top blob of lines are actually mini snowflakes put together. There was lots of maths included such as using the x and y axis to place platforms, and you had to figure out the width and length of each of your platforms. I liked how easy it was to access the code and change it to be yours. I learnt a lot about variables like width, length, colour, x and y. Sometimes though it was difficult to understand what was wrong with your code if you made a mistake.

I think that this was a very good but the end was frustrating when the tab just stopped working! I also think that this was very educational. Coding is an interesting activity with unlimited combinations we can create. Mathematics came in most importantly during the time we had to consider certain coordinations and sizes. It was quite surprising that many factors of coding required you to input specific values though I thought that would be a step that our computers would automatically fill. Coding is involves a lot of maths because there are a lot of shapes, lines, angles and measurements that you need to calculate just to draw one shape.
