         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.  Find time to complete the ID Unit that we started here and try to implement this year (we have teachers who are willing now-so I know that goes against not starting in the middle of the year).<br>2.  With Chris, Jim and Beth (principal of NMS) recreate this experience for our AP's and teachers this summer and have them understand and write an ID Unit.<br>3.  The ID Unit is important for future disciplinary planning by teachers (the old saying two is better than one-if this is done correctly the teachers planning will share the importance). <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.  Find time to complete the unit and also to read in the folks that we'd like to run with it.<br>2.  Prepare for a large contingent of folks to tackle this in the summer after our verification visit.  This will involve preparation and having those with a firm grasp (no pun intended) of concepts doing it.<br>3.  Grading discussion needs to be had - where are we going, and how much are we going to be able to do - we don't want to be an anchor for the middle school - and we also don't want kids to go backwards when they get to us.</div>]]></description>
