Hey Rudi! You have always been the glue holding UK and India together and with you gone, it's going to be quite a big gap to fill. Thankyou for always being ever present, available, warm and responsive to us at every point we had problems or simply wanted to feel a part of the team.

You made sure that everyone felt like they were an asset to the team and not resource and that makes you such a great leader. I think wherever you go, people will be lucky to have you with them. You have been a great mentor to me but more than that a great friend and I will genuinely miss you a lot ALOT.

Nevertheless you will do great things wherever you go so I wish you all the very best. Stay in touch always! and I hope I see you again in India (or the UK if I get to travel there) very very soon!!

Rudi, it's sad to see you go, but of course you'll smash it in your new role!

You're really supportive, outcome focussed, easy to get along with and overall a great friend and mentor.

I'm sure 2025 will be a great year for you (and hopefully for boxing)! Hope to see you at Wembley for a big British title fight at some point this year!

RUDI! Well I can only send 1million wishes of luck and love to you. What a joy it has been getting to know you and work with you the last 3 years. As most say on here, you are not just a work colleague - you are a friend, mentor and one of the most genuine people I've met at IBM.

Your passion for people, the causes you support and the teams you help inspire is infectious. Your super power is your belief in others and the time and dedication you spend to ensure we do our best - is truly admirational.

You are also just superb in strategy and working with clients - you 'get it' and I already miss working with you since I've moved out of UK/I. PLease stay in touch and I look forward to hopefully seeing you somewhere near the cotswolds in March.

What an absolute pleasure it's been the past few years working together. Coming into the British workforce as a fresh-faced 20 year old college kid, I couldn't have landed in a safer pair of hands than working for you from the get-go. I'm so lucky to have learned SO much under your wing, and I'm so appreciative for all the mentorship, aid, and learning that I've been able to absorb in your presence. Here's to all the good times – but more importantly to all the great times to come.

Rudi, I have probably worked on more creative projects with you than anyone else in my career. I'm sad to see you leave EST, but happy that you are continuing your career in new exciting ways. You have been a beacon for EST, and great at coordinating projects, always supporting your team. Foremost, I remember all our inspiring vibrant conversation in between and after work! Rudi, as much as I am a thousand percent sure that whoever gets you will be one of the luckiest people who walk this planet, as much as I feel so unlucky to have not spend enough time with such a compassionate and generous soul such as yours! For the amount of time we have collaborated closely together, you were such a mentor, a guide and a supportive lead with the outmost generosity to all our team! You were always present and tackling all the time zones no matter how late or even how early it was, you were always there front and center lending a hand to anyone who needed it while at the same time allowing them to grow and giving them their space to roam free in it with such grace and empowerment!
