Some examples:
Radio waves: Are waves that have longest wavelength like when the line is real long.

X-ray: Are when they can see if you have a broke bone in your body so that they can be able to help you fix the bone that is broke.

Visible light: Is that the spectrum covers the wavelengths that people can see with there eyes.

Gamma rays: They are the op-site of the radio wavers so this makes the gamma waves the shortest waves in the spectrum when the result have the most energy.

Also radiation is a form of energy that is inside X-rays and  microwaves. But too much of this can cause cancer. Also visible light is another from of electromagnetic waves. X-rays are a form of visible light waves. Before there were X-rays doctors had to sometimes cut into a patient to see what was wrong but after the X-ray was made doctors were able to see the bones. Microwaves-  Microwave waves are waves that you can't really see but is really there. When you warm up food in the microwave, the microwave waves heats the food up.
Gamma- There are different Gamma Waves, there is also Gamma Waves in your brain. This wave is the fastest wave in your brain. An example of microwaves are waves that can't be seen unlike the Visible light waves but are still there.

An example of visible light are waves that humans can she with the naked eye unlike most light waves where humans can't see the wavelength.

An example of radio waves is that they have lower frequencies  than microwaves and has the longest wavelength.

An example of an X-ray is when you can see your body and it gets scanned with a electromagnetic light.
