I am so proud of the team we have in complex. NA's are the backbone of the ward. Their ability to care for patients under pressure and still maintain high standards blows me away. They have great passion in the care they deliver and our patients report back how wonderful, patient and kind our support staff are. They truly do go above and beyond and are truly appreciated for their hard work and dedication.

I would like to thank Tina Couchie, HCA in MRI theatres. She has always been a great support over the years, both professionally and personally. She is hard working, a team player and always knows how to find the thing that is needed before we even know we need it. While I am very happy to praise Tina’s many talents, it is tinged with sadness as the team she belonged to will shortly be no more with all cardiac services moving to Wythenshaw hospital.
