It’s hard to accept,

But you have to learn it’s true.

That body you may hate,

It belongs to you.

You must realize,

You must love yourself.

Before you end up

Wrecking yourself.

Your body will cease,

Your health will not succeed

If you resist

The decision to feed.

Over eating’s not an option either,

Puking's bad, it's true.

So just eat healthy,

And then you’ll be the happiest you.

So accept your body.

And you can be healthy, too!
