Before I began working, I did not research about customer service and how to act when customers are around. I was able to observe what my coworkers did in situations when a customer was angry or upset. Observing their behaviors made it possible for me to handle situations like this on my own. 
      I also used active learning while learning how to play certain games I played as a child, such as kickball. Every child in my neighborhood would play kickball together once a week. Reflecting on these experiences made it easier for me to learn how to stop these situations before they ever started. Reflecting on these experiences also helped me learn many lessons about how people are in the real world. 
      I also used constructive learning when I was learning how to drive. I began to reflect on how I was driving every day after I got in a car accident. I would reflect on every mistake I made when I got into the wreck, and I would make sure I never did any of those things again, This was very beneficial because I was able to reflect on the experiences I had.

I decided that I wanted to teach elementary school, which is my goal. I began going to college to fulfill this goal, which is intentional learning. 
      Another way I used intentional learning was in High School. I always knew I wanted to go to college, even if I was not sure what I wanted to major in. Getting into college and getting scholarships was my main goal, no matter which college it was. With this goal in mind, I maintained good grades and a high GPA in order to complete high school and go to college. I was required to learn many different formulas, but I was never taught what these formulas actually represented. It made it more difficult for me to do well in that class because I was not able to fully grasp the concepts we were learning. 
       I also used authentic learning while taking chemistry. Many chemistry teachers teach each formula and provide examples of how these could be used in the real world. However, my chemistry teacher did not use real world examples, so I never knew what each formula represented. I did not find authentic learning very beneficial.

In this class, we did many group work assignments. We were also able to do tests and quizzes in groups as well, which was very beneficial.      
     I also used cooperative learning while took pre calculus. We were able to do a lot of group work while I was in this class. We would make many posters of equations, and do group homework as well. However, I did not find this as beneficial as I did in my psychology class because it is harder to work in groups in a math class because everyone ends up doing half of the work alone, and then sharing answers, rather than actually working together.
