         <description><![CDATA[<div>I personally think that this diet is not healthy. A diet needs to consist of all the components of a balanced meal. If you take out one part if a meal then you are missing out on some key nutrients that are beneficial to the body. In addition, a healthy regulated weight loss in a week is about 2-3 pounds. Losing more than that is not healthy because the body is rapidly losing nutrients which can lead to contracting a disease. </div>]]></description>
