Change is constant and is part of everyone's life. 
Teachers are practical people, and teachers base a lot of their learning on action research, even though they don't always label it as such. They see a problem in their classroom, they make some changes, and they see if those changes have been effective.

4. Ask what the goal will look like if implemented successfully.
