In my opinion, the human being is a set of characteristics that distinguish it from other species. The body of the human being varies in relation to the environment, the time, etc. We have specific traits that help us survive easily, and when our environment changes, we change too. For this reason, I have drawn, in the first place, one of our ancestors who lived in completely different conditions than today’s. Then there’s a clock which represents the passage of time, and next our appearance in recent years that has changed compared to the past. Then, taking into account the circumstances in which we live nowadays and how they progress over the years, I tried to represent how I think our future appearance will be.

Plants and animals change, and humans are not an exception.

For me, humans are animals that have evolutioned (it is shown in my picture with the waves arriving at the seacoast). It represents that the humans in the past were part of the animals (the sea), but we evolved (like the waves who arrive to the seashore).  What separates humans from animals and prevents us from returning there, is society (it is represented with the fence). By society I mean education, traditions,habitis and culture, (we can see all of these elements represented in the picture).
