We started looking for evidence. We went to http://www.omnicheer.com/blog/post/6-ways-to-be-a-better-base-and-stay-safe and found out how to lift a flyer properly and found a new few ways to grip onto the shoes. Lastly we found out what type of shoes for bases and for flyers need each need different types. In the process of finding this evidence we practiced the way to grip a flyer normally and then the way we crated and ours seemed more natural.
