I write (writing) you a few lines from my visit to New York City.
Now I find myself in the beautiful Central Park. It is summer and the entire Central Park (is) are green. People are sitting on blankets and enjoying this awesome weather and park. Me and my friend Lucy (and I are) also sit(ting) on a blanket and hav(ing)e a picnic and I'm writing you this postcard with a beautiful photo of Central Park.
On Saturday we visited (the) Statue of Liberty. Me and Lucy traveled to Liberty Island by taxi. The statue is 46 metres (high) height. Statue is located on Liberty Island. In (its) the left hand (it) holds a statue(?) representing the board's declaration of independence. Her crown (has)  with seven rays, (it) is also a symbol of freedom.
On Sunday we will travel to Guggenheim Museum. It is one of the most popular gallery (ies) of modern art.(The) Gallery stands on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 89th Street, between Central Park and the East River in upper Manhattan. (The) Gallery is oriented mainly (has) to the "abstract" art.
Most of all I liked the Central Park (the most). I was amazed at the park(´s) atmosphere, weather and (the peace there) calm. I hope I will have the opportunity to visit the park again.

I am sending you a postcard about how I got on the  (from my) trip in Washington. I live here in a local hotel which is called Washington Plaza. Not far from my hotel is the White House where I was this afternoon look. (The) White House is (a) typical symbol of (the) United States and (it is the) official residence and workplace of the President. The house is old more than 200 years (old). Barack Obama lives in the White House. Tomorrow I plan to visit the National Mall. It is park(, one mile) long one
mile, connecting the Capitol and the Washington Monument. Most impressed me the White House (really impressed me the most). Also, I am satisfied with the hotel.

I (am)  write (ing to)  you from my visit to New York City. Now I am on  (the) island with statue of liberty. I am in (a) cafe with my best friend Kristyna. We  (are drinking) drink cold drinks because ( it is very hot here) is here very hot weather.  (the) Statue is very interesting and large. There is a great atmosphere. All people are very friendly.

On Saturday we visited (C)central (P)park. We travel(l)ed to (C)central (P)park by bus. (The) Park was very beautiful (and there were a lot of dogs there). In park were lot of dogs. I love dogs! We had (a)picnic in (the) grass.

On Monday we will travel to Brooklyn, (where we will see the . In Brooklyn is very interesting Brooklyn bridge. (It) Brooklyn bridge is one of the oldest bridges in the United States. Most of all I liked the Central Park. I love nature and animals. (posunula bych k předchozímu odstavci). (I really liked Central Park, because I love nature and animals)

Hi parents, 

I am writing (to) you from my visit to New York City. Now I find myself in the beautiful Times Square. It´s the most famous square in New York City. Every year people celebrate New Year´s Eve here in the City. Times Square is the world of business and art (??). Many people come to Times Square for the ambiance and the billboards spectacle, but there are also many restaurants and shops. I'm in the store now. I and my friend Charles are shopping just now. Then we are going to (have) lunch.

On Saturday I and Charles visited Broadway. We travel(l)ed to the large street which leads to the Bronx and Westchester County. This was a nice trip. On Sunday we travelled to the Central Park. (It was warm there and the grass was nice and green) There was warm weather and green grass. We took the blanket with us. We were lying on the grass all the afternoon. Most of all I liked the Broadway. I was amazed at (its) the Broadway atmosphere and appearance. I hope I will have the opportunity to visit this large street again.

And what about my next plans? Tomorrow I and Charles are going to visit the Statue of Liberty. I am looking forward to it! And then we are going to fly back home.
