         <description><![CDATA[<blockquote><p>"first edict:The Jews were prohibited from leaving their residences for 3 days, under the penalty of death."(Wiesel pg. 10)</p></blockquote><p><br/></p><p>Moishe warned Eliezer and the Jews about the plan the Nazis had, even then Eliezer and the rest believe him until the very moment when the German soldiers barged into the Jews home, switched up and took over the Jews freedom.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is important because it transformed the way Eliezer perceived the Nazi Germans. Initially, the Nazis pretended to be polite and kind, but once they received orders, their true oppressive behaviors were revealed.</p>]]></description>
