         <description><![CDATA[<p>Bonjour Madame! </p><p><br/></p><p>My name is Nurul Awatif Binti Ahmad Shabudin and im turning 22 this year :D </p><p><br/></p><p>I live in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur.</p><p>I was born on 14June 2002, Friday, at 9.10 pm in Kuching Sarawak.</p><p><br/></p><p>During my free time, I love to listening songs and read random quotes or poetry. It was like a therapy for me :)</p><p><br/></p><p>As time goes by, I realise my dreams are lead me to join the military service because I had seen the benefits by joining the military. My classmates has managed to accomplished the task and I received a tones of positive feedback from guests especially our dessert, pavlova :D </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Photo 1</strong></p><p>19/9/2022 - My first day of Internship at Impiana Klcc Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Not gonna lie, i had mix feelings during this time. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 2</strong></p><p>I still remember my friend and I was in pastry section, we both must to handle the Chinese New Year Eve. Also, our chef are Chinese Muslim so she trust and leave us to handle the event. We both manage to accomplish the event perfectly even she was not around.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 3</strong></p><p>After pastry section, I was transfered to Cold Kitchen. What I had learn was, did cold item and set up it to club lounge which is VVIP place. Other than that, I learn how to set up at buffet then many more cold item menu.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 4</strong></p><p>Moreover, I was transferd to Coffee House department. There was 4 section under coffee house which is first, ala carte, breakfast, pantry and last but not least warung. In this department, all section I manage to involve and experience. One of this section that I love the most was pantry because I learn how to do a various type of sushi and salad. From this section, I get to know how to roll futomaki, how to cook rice sushi, and gain knowledge all sushi item.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 5</strong></p><p>I still remember vividly, my friend and I need to pick up fruits and raw item at butcher almost everyday. We both enjoy it very much eventhough it heavy and we got back pain but never mind as long as we get along this together :D </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 6</strong></p><p>I am very sure every hotel sector have training for threat prevention. This was my chef and I joining the fire drill. From this activity, I learn when it come to emergency, we need to gathered at the safe place.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Not to forget, that was me during final exam, HTH139 food &amp; beverage service.</p><p><br></p><p>What i need to do is :</p><p>Set up table runner &amp; the components on it.</p><p>3types of Napkin Folding.</p><p>Set up guest table.</p><p><br></p><p>During this final exam, i must to be the waitres and my lecturer will analyze my capability then gave the marks.</p><p><br></p><p>From this situation, the main things of SOP Service that I quite scared was bring the food to the guest which is the dinner plate. I was too nervous that it might be unstable when i bring it to the guest.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Photo 1</strong></p><p>24/12/2023 - During special break, my family and I went to holiday at Langkawi. The last time we went to Langkawi was 10years ago, good old days. There are so many things has change such as price of chocolates and so on. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 2</strong></p><p>25/12/2023 - We went to Timah Tasoh, Perlis. Also, I challenge myself to ride the boat eventhough I am the type of person that scared with ocean, sea and so on related to water.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 3</strong></p><p>25/12/2012 - After Timah Tasoh, we went to View Point Wang Kelian, Perlis. It was located at Kaki Bukit, Perlis and what can I say is you can enjoy the view of panaroma at an altitude of 304 meters above sea level. Also, the best view you can get is you went there at 06 45 - 07 45 pm to see sunrise or 18 30 - 19 00 pm to see sunset.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 4</strong></p><p>Our place to stay for 5days 4night is located at Whitehouse, Kangar Perlis. </p><p>The place was clean and minimalist design then it has private pool. Not to forget, it is also has amenidities like spa and they have barbecue item. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Photo 1 </strong></p><p>Last day class of HTM400 before enter the new year, 2024. During this class, we learn about the outcomes when hospitality industry goes down and the alternative by using technology for hospitality industry can be practice in the future.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 2</strong></p><p>Before special break, my classmates and I need to do the final project of Pastry which is Wedding Cake. As you can see, Chef Aliah from Kolej Komuniti, Bayan Lepas was invited to teach us how to do the flowers to put on top of the cake. Moreover, we learn the various type of flowers and it was a bit challenging for all of us because the flowers are very fragile and need extra care to maintain the quality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 3</strong></p><p>From this photo, there was a part of our group assignment of Pastry. We need to create and prepare a various type of dessert then sell it. Furthermore, we learn about how to deal with customer, how to do costing and manage our times in order to accomplish the task. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Photo 4</strong></p><p>ELC 590, this semester I need to take the subject and it is all about speaking. The first assessment was informative speech, secondly was pitching speech then the upcoming speech is persuassive speech. From this subject, I gain knowledge more about speaking. For instance, improve my grammar, interact with people, and most important thing is gain confidence to speak in front of public.</p>]]></description>

The total of student from UiTM, Penang was 12student including me. We all were so close and I could say it was the unforgettable moments in my life. I would never forget my life during internship.
