I enjoyed making a greenscreen. It was a cool experience to customize my background to my topic. Imovie is a fun and easy application that I can use in the future for teaching activities.

These bookmarking sites are a great tool when planning. We did the activity on planning a trip but it can be used to plan a party, lesson plans, outfits, etc. It is an quick tool to book mark your favorite sites and links so that you can easily access for later use!

#7 Canva- Creating Brochure

I love Canva!! This site makes creating slides, brochures, resumes, etc. easy and clean! Learning about this application has been by far the most useful of anything I have learned in ELRC. I use Canva very frequently for school and personal reasons. For this project, we make a brochure for our planned trip!!

Canva "All About Us" project have us the opportunity to learn how to make a presentation in Canva. I learned how to choose formats and create the slides to my liking. At the end, we inserted a video from youtube!

#9 Removing Background Images (keynote linked in site)

This was useful to learn how to edit photos using two different applications. We used a website to remove a background of a photo and then took pictures around campus and used keynote to edit the pictures taken. I have never used either of these tools before so it was a great learning experience.

I have never used blogger before but enjoy others blogs so creating one of my own was so fun. In the future I could see myself using a blog as a resource for parents and clients in my future career as a SLP. I can also seeing using it to post and talk about recipes since I love to cook.

I listen to podcasts every single day but never thought to make one! Garageband was easy to use but without knowing the basic information and settings it can be confusing. We had to redo our podcast because we didn't click a singular audio button. So the process was fun yet tedious!

I did my Mobile App on Chegg! Researching this mobile app gave me insight on the pros and cons. Also, in class everyone's presentation introduced me to new apps that can be useful for classroom and personal use. I love using Google Slides!!!

Making this movie was one of the most fun projects in the class. I have background knowledge on the Imovie application so it was quick and easy to work with. Being able to have creative freedom of cuts, transitions, music and topic was so much fun.

I have never used a greenscreen before so think opportunity was unique. I chose to do a tutorial of something simple such as braiding hair. Changing the background was as simple as finding a picture on the internet and uploading it into Imovie along with the footage. So fun and different, I am so happy I got to do it!

I think that Padlet is a great application to upload and link different projects and sites all in one place. This is the perfect application for a portfolio. It is easy to use and navigate!

Mrs. Debbie!!! I've loved this class over the past two semesters and getting to know you outside of KD. I have absolutely no notes. I am excited to take what I've learned in this class and use it when I become a Speech Language Pathologist. My plans are to start this May at LSU New Orleans for Speech Pathology. Screencast is a great teaching tool combining my screen, talking, and video. This could be used for a lecture or tutorial. It's so easy to use but the downside is that it takes up a good amount of space on your computer. I think its the perfect application for a final tutorial.
