Social development can be affected in negative way, because their believes can only allow to go to the same nursery and school which is of their religion and live around people who has the same religion. They don't have access to know different views and to some activities. I could teach negative things, for example, discrimination.
In a positive way, religion teaches respect, brings people together and improves social and emotional development, it teaches to be a good person, some religions teaches tolerance to other religions, teach us to be a open minded, improves intellectual development, because the child can learn even different language (Muslims can learn to read Quran in Arabic).

It is important for a child to have enough sleep, they will be very tired when they wake up in the morning, not concentrate at nursery or school .The child will have no energy to concentrate and also may have headace and feeling unwell. Falling asleep or seeming drowsy at school or at home during homework.Reduced immune system function, so they may be sick more often. The postive in a child have plenty of sleep is that a child will wake up with plenty of energy and be ready for the day. child will have more able to learn and remember new things . Can create and maintaun good relation with others, have better problem -solving abilities.

Abuse can effect every area of development. Abuse can be in many forms, it can be emotional, sexual, physical, mental, institutional. This can effect their emotional and social development as they may not be able to manage their own behaviour. Which can lead to fluctuating moods which can effect there everyday life. Physical abuse can make this difficult for children to form friendships and trust adults. This can effect them being envolved in group activities which can impact on there learning and communication skills which they need later on in life. A child that is experiencing these forms of abuse could be emotionally unstable and very sensitive and may need alot of extra support, could be one to one support to gain the childs trust as the child may feel uncomfortable in groups. This could encourage social skills with less anxiety for the child. The child may feel more comfortable not in a group and with the teacher on there own.
