Teachers are going to need to concentrate on cross curricular and extra curricular collaboration. Teachers must focus on leading students to make connections between learning instead of just getting the correct answer. Teachers will need to make conscience effort to evaluate individual student growth versus comparing student work as a whole class and correct answer. Each student will evaluate his/her work for eportfolio worthy material. Teachers role is to facilitate and mentor students in how to chose their eportfolio worthy assignments.
