         <description><![CDATA[<p>The goal of this article is to research the possible benefits of garlic to one’s health. The methodology of this article involved a literature review of multiple studies using garlic, garlic’s essential oils, and garlic-based snacks. Side effects of overconsumption mainly include gastrointestinal upset. Drug interactions include antihypertensive medication and anticoagulants.
