2. Place the water and the pinch of salt in a bowl, gradually add the cornmeal and stir with a spoon. Wait about three minutes until the dough takes a bit of consistency. Then knead it until it doesn't stick to the edges of the bowl. There should be no lumps.
3. Form balls and flatten them with your palms until you get circular arepas. They can be of the size that you want.
4. Place them in the pan and cook with a lit for about 5 minutes, uncover and turn down the arepas.

No, se me presenta dificultad al participar dentro del rango de tiempo establecido ya que mi jornada laboral me lo impide.

• ¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?
De esta tarea ejercité el uso de los adverbios de frecuencia, aprendí a escribir una receta en ingles (me gusta cocinar) y a identificar y diferenciar tiempos verbales en textos, una lección muy valiosa.

• ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué?
Si, ya que el inglés es un idioma fundamental que aprender ya que abre las puertas a un mayor número de posibilidades laborales aparte de que es un idioma universal.

• ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?
A mí vida personal me ayuda a comprender de una manera distinta el idioma aparte que ejército mi mente aprendiendo. A mi vida profesional si manejo idiomas distintos me ayuda a encontrar mejores oportunidades laborales.
