         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1.</strong> Spread the oil in a large pan and place it on the stove over medium-high heat.<br><strong>2.</strong> Place the water and the pinch of salt in a bowl, gradually add the cornmeal and stir with a spoon. Wait about three minutes until the dough takes a bit of consistency. Then knead it until it doesn't stick to the edges of the bowl. There should be no lumps.<br><strong>3.</strong> Form balls and flatten them with your palms until you get circular arepas. They can be of the size that you want.<br><strong>4.</strong> Place them in the pan and cook with a lit for about 5 minutes, uncover and turn down the arepas.<br><strong>5.</strong> Serve and enjoy.</div>]]></description>
