On christmas i like to help around the house to get ready for the dinner and night.

I sometimes help wrap gifts, and usually help with dinner. I make christmas cookies and gingerbread men. I like to stay in my room and draw while listening to music when waiting for our mom to prepare dinner. This christmas i got an electric guitar, demon slayer / kny figures, mha merch and a bsd dazai figure. We ate potato salad with chicken meat. Hope you had nice holidays ^_^

At Christmas me and my family especially cousins are looking for the first star on the sky, if one appears that means that we can finally start eating our Christmas dinner in here we call it Wigilia and its on the 24th of December. We have 12 different dishes like: borscht, carp fish, dumplings (pierogi) and much more! After everyone finishes their meal we can finally open the gifts that were waiting under the Christmas tree since the morning started. On the 25th the whole family gathers to another house usually it’s ny aunts house. We eat another dinner and just spend time together. And on the 26th we just rest and don’t go to another house.

Christmas is a wonderful time. Here in our region of Silesia we have some special traditional food. It is for example "moczka" (presented in the photo), makówki (a dessert based on poppy) and soup called siemieniotka. Who brings presents to you at Christmas? In Silesia we start celebrations on Christmas Eve. After the special supper it's time to open the presents brought by Baby Jesus (Dzieciątko). Then many people go to Midnight Mass. We celebrate Christmas on 25th and 26th December sharing joy with relatives and friends.
