I don’t think a nuclear power plant would even fit on a flashlight or walkie-talkie. But if it did somehow magically fit it would probably make the two small devices EXPLODE  because if a nuclear power plant has enough energy to power a city I’m pretty sure that’s to much energy for a small device such as a flashlight.
