To be honest, my heart sank when I heard you were leaving. Selfishly, it’s a huge loss for all of us, and the office simply won’t be the same without your presence. But beyond the sadness, I feel an immense sense of pride and support for you. It takes incredible courage to choose a new path, to accept, and let go especially if it means protecting your peace.
