However, these sessions have not been successful this BTS because the POC inevitably pushes to combine the groups regardless of the scheduling plan. Most PRNs don't know that they can push back on this AND/OR the POC is not aware that the groups have been split because the CSM has not adequately communicated the plan.

They are also now becoming a common option for outside accounts as well.
