         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q: Who/what is a P.I.P for?<br>Anyone can take part in a P.I.P because it can be used as a tool to improve&nbsp; any skill. A structured P.I.P is more likely to show improvement when used for someone in the higher stages of learning because they will have more specific areas of skills in which they will need to improve. Whereas a less structured P.I.P is better for someone in the lower stages of learning, because they have less specific skills to improve on. </div>]]></description>

Most people used driving, sports and study as examples and had varying levels of success. Often we use performance improvement programs without even knowing it.</div>]]></description>

         <title>3. Are P.I.P relevant to you? Why? Why not?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>Most of the class found that P.I.P was relevant to them, mostly because they all wanted to improve on their golfing skills. They found that it gave them more motivation. </div><div>For the people who didn’t find it relevant, they weren’t interested in improving.</div><div>If other people are motivated then it shall motivate others in the class also, hence why majority of the class are interested in improving.</div>]]></description>
