         <title>My Stretch Exercise</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Which component of fitness do you think you are the strongest?<br>I think I am strongest in the cardiovascular fitness component because I’m always workout out such as walking, riding my horse, walking my dogs, and running around. <br>Which area are you the weakest?<br>I think my weakest area is flexibility because I don’t stretch on a daily basis because I never remember too to stretch.<br>Which component would you like to see the most improvements in? Why?<br>The component I would like to see the most improvements on is flexibility. The reason why is because I want to be more flexible so that I don’t have a hard time getting my leg into the stirrup to get on my horse from the ground, can get into smaller areas for when people need help, and because I think I won’t get as much cramping in the legs as much.<br>What kind of exercises could you do to improve in this area?<br>The kind of exercises I would to to improve on in these areas is toe touches, yoga, start working on the splits, and shoulder rolls. Also, another way I could stretch is when listening to my favorite music is to do a bunch of stretches while listening to my music. <br>Below is the link and a picture of the stretch exercise I tride and I think it's great! I felt very relaxed afterwards and very limber.          <title>My exercise weakness.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My fitness component weakness, is my flexibility. I am not naturally flexible, so I really have to work to be flexible. Another weakness that I have, is cardiovascular fitness, but when I work on it, I increase my cardiovascular fitness greatly. Second, I am strongest in Muscular strength and endurance, as I don't really have much body fat, which allows for me to be able to increase my muscle strength and mass quicker than if I had more body fat. While flexibility is my weakest, I would love to see my cardiovascular fitness improve, as I run around and use my cardiovascular fitness, and I don't use my flexibility as much. Which component of fitness do you think you are the strongest?</div><div>I think that my strongest component of fitness is cardiovascular fitness because I feel like It's not as challenging for me as the other components of fitness.</div><div><br></div><div>Which area are you the weakest?</div><div>My weakest area is the flexibility fitness.</div><div><br></div><div>Which component would you like to see the most improvements in? Why?</div><div>I feel like I can improve in all of them but I think that I need more improvement in flexibility and muscular.</div><div><br></div><div>What kind of exercises could you do to improve in this area?</div><div>I feel like I can do more yoga and stretch more often.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I think that I'm strongest in my strength. <br>2. I think that my weakest is Flexibility. <br>3. I think that I need improve in all categories but mainly flexibility and cardio. When it comes to flexibility I'm really not that flexible...meaning I can just touch my toes.&nbsp; Which is why I want to improve and focus on this one the most.&nbsp; <br>4. There is an unlimited amount of activities that I could do to improve my flexibility.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The components of fitness that I believe I am the strongest in would probably be muscular strength and endurance.<strong>  </strong>As for the areas in which I am weakest, I would have to say they would be body composition, flexibility, and a bit in cardiovascular.  I would like to see the most improvements in my flexibility.  My reasoning for this is I tend to get really stiff back and neck.  So, I believe that if I was more flexible or did more flexibility exercises regularly I wouldn’t have those problems.  To improve my flexibility I could stretch more and I could start actively doing yoga every morning.  </div><div><br></div><div>Below is a online workout from Hasfit that will help with flexibility.</div><div>(Just so you know to see the video you need to be signed out of your school email because other wise it doesn’t let you see it.  At least that's what I had to do.)</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

My strongest fitness component is cardiovascular fitness because I have two dogs (one coming), and I love to walk them around my town, which helps along with this. <br><br>2. I am sure my weakest place is flexibility. I don't tend to stretch at all anymore, since I became more sore in my back area from personal issues.<br><br>3. I think flexibility is one of the most needed ones at this moment; which is something I need if I want to join into gymnastics or such on.<br><br>4. My strongest fitness components is Cardiovascular.I am very good at running, I was even in track at one point in my school career, and I love it.&nbsp;<br><br>2. But then when I had to quit due to breaking my wrist, I lost it all.&nbsp;<br><br>3. I signed up for yoga class a week ago after trying it in Punta Cana.          <description><![CDATA[<div>[1] I think in Muscle endurance. Although I still am pretty weak in that area, I would say that's where i'm strongest.<br>[2] Flexibility. I'm not a flexible person, never really have been. I do stretch often, pretty much everyday, but a) it's easy for me to return to unflexibility even if i was making progress and b) it does take a lot for me to make progress.<br>[3] Well, I would like to improve my flexibility. Flexibility has always been my strongest suit as I have always found myself being able to stretch myself far and wide and condense my rather lengthy figure into tight spaces.<br>2.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My strongest component of fitness is Muscular Strength. I love lifting the dumbbells, and using the resistance band.&nbsp;</div><div>My weakest component of fitness is the flexibility and the muscular endurance. Doing yoga is hard, and you have to hold yourself up like you’re going to do a push-up, that is where the muscular endurance comes in.</div><div>I would like to see more of an improvement in flexibility and the muscular endurance. I have to do several yoga poses in a row that I have to hold myself up with my arms. I would like to last longer than 20 seconds, before a fall down.</div><div>I would like to do more stretching and try to gain some strength in my arms for the muscular endurance. Ever since elementary I have been quite flexible, I got 3rd place in all of my school for flexibility in 5th grade. I am weakest in weight lifting because I never really had much muscle for anything and I don't like how it feels to lift weights I feel like I'm going to hurt myself. When I work at something long enough and hard enough I get better and you can see results.</li><li>By far the worst component of fitness I think I am is the cardiovascular fitness.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I think I am strongest at cardiovascular fitness. I do a lot of running and work on upper body strength enough, but I never really take the time to stretch. Because I don't take the time to stretch flexibility is my weakest area of fitness. I would like to improve in flexibility because Im not very flexible and its super important to be flexible. Exercises that would help me would be yoga twice a week or so where I stretch my hamstrings, back, and neck.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. The component of fitness that I think I'm the strongest in is muscular strength. <br>2. I am the weakest at flexibility and stretching.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>3. I want to improve the most in the flexibility and cardiovascular components.&nbsp; Doing cardio is not as hard as it used to be in the past, but I would like to try and increase my endurance, and hopefully be able to run further distances.&nbsp; For the flexibility component I want to be able to do hard yoga poses.&nbsp; I also need to roll out and stretch more to help with my cardio endurance. <br>4.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. My strongest fitness components is Cardiovascular.I am very good at running, I was even in track at one point in my school career, and I love it. <br><br>2. My weakest fitness component is flexibility. I used to be super good at it when I was in cheer, I could jump up, and land in my splits. But then when I had to quit due to breaking my wrist, I lost it all. <br><br>3. I am going to work on my flexibility because I am looking into joining my old dance team again and I also thing it is important to be stretched and flexible.&nbsp; <br><br>4. I signed up for yoga class a week ago after trying it in Punta Cana. Ever since I injured my leg in middle school it has always been hard to regain the same strength I had prior to the incident. It can be very hard to stretch in certain ways due to my leg. <br>3. I really want to improve my flexibility because of how important it is to keep my muscles balanced, with the rest of my workouts.
