         <description><![CDATA[<div>Level 1: Basic<br><br></div><div><br></div><ul><li>All excisting companies should be aware of playing by the rules and observing the law of the country/government in which they operate&nbsp;</li><li>Example:&nbsp;</li><li>Nike paid 255 Million $ on income taxes in only the first quarter of 2015 and did not get in conflict with the law&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;To reach level 2 and 3, Nike should:</li><li>Take responsibility for their manufacturing companies, pay more wage, improve working conditions and stop child labor to get rid of the negativity&nbsp;</li><li>To reach level 3, they could also invest in the infrastructure of the region where they let produce the shoes. For example, they could voluntary donate an specific amount to help building schools in that area&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Level 2: Organizational&nbsp;<br><br></div><ul><li>Should also be in the interest of all companies</li><li>No company is happy with negativity surrounding itself and is therefore dependent on minimizing negative effects</li><li>Example:&nbsp;</li><li>In order to avoid negative publicity for paying only the minimum wage, Amazon pays 12.50$ an hour in California instead of the official minimum wage of 10$/hours&nbsp;</li><li>To reach level 3, Amazon could:&nbsp;</li><li>Voluntary pay for regular health checks of their workers</li></ul><div>Level 3: Societal&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><br></div><ul><li>In order to have a nice and good image, companies should invest in a healthy society more than they have to&nbsp;</li><li>Example: Google is known for being a great company to work for.&nbsp;</li><li>They have a famous Food Program which offers healthy food for their employees all day long. Menu is put together by chiefs and nutrionists and they invite guest speakers for a healthy nutrition </li></ul>]]></description>

It’s known for its trendy fashion clothing for men, women, teenagers and children. H&amp;M's headquarter is located in Stockholm.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Level 1: Basic</strong></div><ul><li>Every company is supposed to obey the law, pay taxes and deal fairly.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><strong>Level 2: Organizational&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li>H&amp;M has a total ban on chrome 6 for all their production, including leather production. Chrome 6 poses a health risk. Tanneries that do not commit to H&amp;M’s demands are not allowed to produce for them. This way H&amp;M is trying to minimise negative effects.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><strong>Level 3: Societal&nbsp;</strong></div><ul><li>H&amp;M has a campaign focusing on education for refugee children. For every gift card sold from 3 November until 31 December 2016, H&amp;M foundation will make a donation to help UNHCR provide school supplies for refugee children in countries around the world.&nbsp;</li><li>H&amp;M does not own any factories. They work with independent suppliers. Many of their products are made in some of the worlds’ poorest countries, clothing production is often the first step on the way out of poverty in many of these countries.&nbsp;</li><li>Clean water, climate change, textile waste, wages and overtime in supplier factories are some of the key challenges in the textile industry.
