Leaders should acknowledge our hard work and accomplishments.&nbsp;<br>Do not give more duties to the reliable people just because they're reliable -- we have our limits.<br><br>2. How do you want to be treated by each other?<br>There should be equity of voice -- no matter what role a person has on campus, their voice should be just as important as another's.&nbsp;<br>Try your best to not complain, especially about individual students. If there's an issue with a student, go to the appropriate person to address it.&nbsp;<br><br>3. How do you think the leaders want to be treated by you?<br>The leaders want to be treated with respect as professionals. The leaders want us to fulfill our duties/tasks/the-things-we-say-we'll-do to the best of our ability. &nbsp;<br>4. How do you want to be treated by each other when there is a conflict?<br>ASSUME THE BEST.<br>Transparency.<br><br><br>***Don't expect more from your students than you expect from yourself.</div>]]></description>

Ease up on negativity. Nazis are in the streets, let's not hate on each other. When there is a specific school issue, address admin first without sending out mass emails.<br>3. Constructive feedback. Offer solutions not just point to problems. Minimize off task behavior.&nbsp;<br>4. 2, 4, 6, 8, give up hate, appreciate! Step away from the conflict in the moment. Agree to come back and discuss when cooler heads can prevail.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-- I want my leaders to treat me like an adult, not a child. Be transparent, do not sugarcoat anything. I don't want them to take things personally - just because my body language says one thing, that doesn't mean I'm not a grown professional who will fulfill job duties. When someone is messing up, address those people personally instead of sending school-wide e-mails that incriminate everyone.<br>-- Everybody worry about themselves! Be professional, be respectful, be kind.&nbsp;<br>-- Everybody needs to remember that we are here to do an important job that impacts lives of children. Any and every leader/ presenter needs to be treated with respect if for no other reason than that. <br>-- Perhaps it is is necessary to step away from the conflict for a minute so we can process our own feelings and think up solutions. Everyone's thoughts and feelings should be validated.</div>]]></description>
