The reader is just as new to the concept as the students would be, thus we both get to learn about it. It is an efficient method to expel lot of information quickly and efficiently.

I remember feeling lost and confused when reading chapter three, since there was so many different conversations going on. I feel as if this was intended by the author, in order to create that feeling of chaos. It gives us the different opinions and thoughts on their modern society, highlighting the individuality and different perspectives of each character. It shows that even though the society they live in wants everyone to be equal, their humanity is whats makes them distinct, showing through in their personality.

As there are people being produced so many at a time, we are invited to use our sense of hearing, as we try to imagine their point of view. We are provided with a unique, beautiful reminiscing memory of our childhood but also brought into a new setting, the brave new world. The brave new world in constantly producing so giving this childhood like image is ironic in this context. Although it may seem odd that the helicopter is present in the scene, we do sense a strange presence arising when it comes to play and creates some discomfort and worry when noticing how their everyday life is different from ours.
